What we collect
When you join a waitlist, we collect the email address you enter, plus the optional role, location and "I'm a" answers you choose to give. If you arrived from a link with tracking tags (UTM values), we store those tags so we know which channel brought you.
Why we collect it
To send you the setup steps and product updates you asked for, and to decide what to build next. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.
Where it is stored
Waitlist sign-ups are stored in a private Google Sheet owned by CJ Innovations and hosted in Google Workspace. The page itself is static and does not run tracking scripts beyond the fonts it loads from Google Fonts.
Your Who You Know data
If you use the product, your LinkedIn connections export is pasted into your own Google Sheet, in your own Google account. The matching script runs inside that Sheet. We do not log in to LinkedIn, do not scrape it, and do not receive your contacts. You can delete the Sheet at any time.
Resume tailoring is optional. If you turn it on, the resume and job text you choose are sent to the Claude API using your own API key, under Anthropic's terms. Leave it off and nothing is sent.
Resume Check early-access list
If you join the Resume Check list we store your name, email, the role family you chose, any note you write, which page you came from, and the time you confirmed your email. We use it only to tell you about Resume Check early access. We keep it until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, then remove it. We do not store resume text, passwords or LinkedIn credentials in this list, and we never sell your data. When resume features launch, resumes will be processed for you alone and deleted on request.
We only email people who asked to hear from us. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also reply to any message and ask us to remove you.

To see, correct or delete your sign-up, email info@cjinnovationsllc.com. We respond within 30 days.
